Although the scenery was amazing, it was very hot and we didn’t feel up to trekking a second day. Luan let us stay at his homestay Golden Jungle House, which was lovely, and we had a delicious dinner with the people who worked there. Luan and his team were super flexibile, and took us on a motorbike tour the second day instead. We went very far around Dong Van in just one day and are so happy we got to experience the hike and motor bike experiences. Highly recommend this tour if you have limited time in Ha Giang - was the highlight of our trip.

We also slept in a very traditional, comfortable homestay with delicious food. Doing this trip with a guide was a plus, because we were able to communicate with people from different communities.

We took a two-day hiking tour and it was incredible. Spectacular views hiking through the mountain villages and rice terraces. Our guide was a really cool young dude who spoke... read more English (and several other languages by the sounds of it) very well. Delicious meals at all our stops -- my partner is vegetarian and they made sure she had fantastic options for every meal. We opted for Ha Giang rather than a tour from Sa Pa, hoping to escape the crowds, and had no regrets.

Dong van park was absolutely beautiful - photos just don't do it justice.... read more Our guides were brilliant - spoke brilliant English and very knowledgeable on the area. They were really accomodating and stopped whenever we asked them to. The places they took us for food were all fantastic - which had amazing vegetarian options as well. We spent a night in a homestay which was also fantastic. Again the hosts were lovely and we were made to feel very welcome with a home cooked meal. Couldn't recommend doing this tour enough. I was initially nervous about going on the back of a motorbike but they gave us all the safety equipment and just generally made sure that we had the best time possible. 5 stars for this tour and would 100% do it again.

What a great 3 days tour with two very nice guide and driver ! If I had to do it again, I will definitely call Jungleman 🙂
